Welcome to the blog

Hej

The waiting is over…we have now opened the doors of your fantastic new IKEA store at Holywood Exchange. The store opened on Thursday 13th December with our traditional log cutting performed by myself and the Lord Mayor Cllr Jim Rodgers. We had a live broadcast from Cool FM with Pete Snodden so everyone could be part of the experience at the store and at home. We had a good crowd of IKEA fans from all over Ireland coming through the doors some dressed in Swedish costume and enjoying the entertainment.

If you havent been down to have a look at the new store yet you dont know what you are missing. It is a great day out for the whole family with our Smaland creche for the kids, facilities in the restaurant for the kids and of course the great food from our restaurant and bistro.

We look forward to seeing you there!

See you all soon.

Paul.

The countdown is over we have now opened our IKEA Belfast store. ikea-belfast-store.jpg

With the opening date approaching ever closer, it’s all happening inside the store. With walls going up, kitchens going in, wallpaper and floors being put down, the Showroom is taking shape and the tills are set up for the opening day.
